Feature Request: FAQs

Description:

We need to add a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section to our platform. This section will address common questions and concerns users may have, providing them with quick and accessible information.

Use Case:

• User Assistance: The FAQs section will help users find answers to common questions without needing to contact support, improving their overall experience.
• Reduce Support Load: By addressing frequent inquiries through the FAQs, we can reduce the number of support tickets and allow our team to focus on more complex issues.
• Enhance User Understanding: It will provide users with a deeper understanding of our platform's features, usage, and policies.

Features:

1. Expandable Answers: Answers should be hidden by default and expand when a user clicks on a question, keeping the interface clean and user-friendly.
2. Responsive Design: Ensure the FAQs section is accessible and functional on all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Similar Features:

• Knowledge Bases: Similar to knowledge bases, the FAQs section will provide structured and easily accessible information.
• Help Centers: Like help centers on many websites, it will serve as a self-service resource for users to find answers to their queries.

Additional Information:

• Design Considerations: The design should match our overall branding and be visually appealing yet functional.
• Content Requirements: Clear, concise, and accurate answers to common questions. Each answer should provide sufficient detail to resolve the user's query.
• Maintenance: Regular updates to the FAQs section based on new features, user feedback, and emerging common questions.

Tasks:

1. Identify and compile a list of frequently asked questions and their answers.
2. Design wireframes/mockups for the FAQs section layout.
3. Implement the FAQs section using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Integrate search functionality for easy question lookup.
5. Organize questions into relevant categories for better navigation.
6. Test the responsiveness and functionality of the FAQs section across different devices.
7. Review and update the FAQs content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.

i've come up with a list of basic FAQs, but was wondering if you have any of the questions site users have asked in the past saved somewhere? because that would be really helpful!

current list of FAQs:

1. Are all the resources REALLY free? There's no hidden charges?
2. Is ANYBODY allowed to contribute to growing this site?
3. How do I clone the repository on my local device to make changes to the codebase and contribute my changes?
4. Can I write blog posts for CodeHarborHub?
5. What do I do if the resources for the topic I want to study aren't present on the site yet?
