Modify starting template to reflect new standard for image name

Eti asked me to create a PR for the starting template to reflect the new model I also modified the main README.md

I found an annotation argo-huib/name in the codefresh-csdp wirkflow template so I documented it as well

I also made the create avatar URL simpler (does not require to know the user number), it redirect automatically
