Don't see all members using filter '*'

I don't see members if I specify '*' as a filter but using any other filter gives the correct list of members.

I don't know what to provide. I think I made some changes in my VS code. Now I am sometimes also getting CPDA08A, for example below:

The editor could not be opened due to an unexpected error: Failed downloading member: CPDA08A: CCSID attribute does not match specified value. CPFA097: Object not copied. Object is /QSYS.LIB/SASJISSRC.LIB/QCLSRC.FILE/ALERT.MBR.
