vm2 package is deprecated

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am using botium-bindings which is using botium-core as its depedency. Recently I got to know that vm2 is deprecated because it has critical vulnerability which cannot be fixed. Due to this we are getting dependabots alert of vm2.

Additional context The vm2 deprecation is impacting all the projects which depends on botium to run the regression testing.
