Mini-UI: Consider collapsing school categories

Right now, if the first category has a long list of schools, the following categories end up below the fold, and unless you scroll, you may not discover them. What if the categories were collapsed to start with? Each would need to have a down arrow or caret to indicate to the user that there is some content hidden under the category heading.

Discussed with @victor-rocha and he liked the idea.
