so we can market the site to them, since they deal with many people who would benefit from this type of site, and get feedback from them...

Per the North Carolina Real Estate Commission website there are 225 real estate firms in Durham County http://www.members-base.com/ncrec/oecgi3.exe/O4W_BROKERS_BY_FIRM_NEW
The search returns the name and address for all firms but no e-mail address. I sent them a request asking if they could send a spreadsheet with the required info to us or if they could forward our information to real estate agents. I gave them my e-mail address for now. @sarahsba should we setup an e-mail address and/or phone # for the project?
The Real Estate Commission sent the following response.
Dear Satyam Patel,
Attached is the form (REC 1.85) that you will need to mail, along with the $15 fee payable by check, in order to get a listing of all real estate agents who have a NC real estate license. Upon receipt of this list (as an Excel file), you will be able to sort it among various criteria. This list will include a licensee’s business address and email address, among other pieces of information.

Just to add a comment, every realtor that I've spoken with has seemed rather interested to be 'remembered' or to otherwise 'stand-out' from the others. I suspect this is one of the areas where we simply need to reach-out to a handful of them to gain interest. I'm not sure how an exhaustive list would help more-so than a list of 10.
That being said, can this ticket be addressed with a subset of realtors or is the goal for this ticket much larger than I am aware?
I'll work on fleshing out an outreach plan regarding how we want them to interact with the project (feedback, sponsorship), whether we want to reach out to all realtors at once or roll it out in phases with a smaller subset (perhaps 1 or 2 from each part of durham). @dpeasley2213 recived feedback suggesting realtors might want to have some form of exclusive exposure to this which might help in gaining some financial support for the project but could limit its reach. Thoughts?
I'll work on drafting a sample letter and submit it for review and a sponshorship plan.
