Volunteer Calendar View

As a Volunteer, I need to be able to see all my events in a Calendar view. The text on the page will change, but the structure is good. I need to see two types of events, each color coded (with a legend):

Open Events: These are events that any Organizer has created, but no Volunteer has signed up for them yet. These are grey in the UI below Booked Events: These are events that I have requested, but the Organizer has not yet approved Upcoming Events; These are events where I have signed up and the Organizer has approved. Clicking on any event should take me to the Event Details page for that event.
