Notify Performer Event Rescheduled

As a Musician, I need to be notified (via contact preference in my profile, default is email) that the Organizer has rescheduled an event she has confirmed, so that I know I will not play that day. I need the ability to confirm that I am able to play at the rescheduled time slot, or to say I can't play at that time.

Note: consider a feature to allow the musician to contact the organizer to get more information about the rescheduling. This is not required for this feature in the MVP.
