Send Notification to Organizer that Volunteer Has Signed up for Event

As an Organizer, I need to get a notification (per my profile preferences, email default) when a Volunteer books an event I scheduled. That way I don't have to come back into the tool to see who has booked events.

Note: this was requested by several ADs - they don't have time to go into the tool frequently to see who has registered and confirm or pass.
