Footer Links are not appearing as links - appearing as simple non clickable text
Describe the bug
The footer section contains various sections such as Explore, About, Community which includes various sub topics or various services . Ideally the sub sections should be clickable links but they are appearing as simple text without any interaction facility.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the footer section of the website and try to click on any of the sub categories of Explore, About, Community section.
Expected behavior
The expected behavior should be links highlighted and link clicks redirects to the related section of the website or the place where that content is there.

If applicable, add logs to help explain your problem (e.g. the error message and/or exception traceback).

- OS: Windows
- Browser: Chrome
