Add Mock data to Application Component

Description

The idea is to start implementing the mock data that has recently added to the project this will also help me to add the skeleton UI component where I will be adding the mock data to show the loading state in components and I think this approach will be better because as we get the actual API we can implement that easily without doing any major changes in the codebase.
