Bug: RuntimeError on datepicker when going back to background info screen

I open the app and open the input earnings tab. Then I pick an answer to "Do you have a MySocialSecurity account?" If I go back to the background info tab to change my date of birth, the datepickers are replaced with runtime errors. datepicker_runtime_error
