The preview, next page buttons are kinda screwed up on mobile when keyboard is active

Seems like there's something funky with the css causing the buttons to get pushed up further than they need to.

I thought the issue was positioning (I am wondering why we're using relative positioning), but removing the z-index from the footer element seems to take care of this. There is still the matter of the wacky tons of bottom space on the mobile version of the site.
