Toggle visibility of `PlotLine` in/near `Legend` (graphs/charts)

Add PlotLine to/near Legend so it can be toggled? Haven't found it yet and can't seem to do a vertical series and horizontal one at the same time. Add/remove PlotLine (can add button to legend?) - https://stackoverflow.com/a/14632292/3791179.
