Create a central place for documentation related to the project. This is for both old and new members of the team.

old members: reference for the project new members: onboarding and understanding of the project.

Other solution for starters is to create a documentation directory in the codebase at the root folder and add files over there.

Created two new wiki pages today (3/10/2020): Installation instructions Code formatting

The material on the two pages was copied from the README file.
