Adding category names into page headline

So I'm use the cumulative filter which is working great. One thing I'd like to do but can't figure out is how to make the categories that are selected with the filter also headlines for the page. I tried just wrapping the category headline insert tag in an H1 which would work, but that tag doesn't seem list multiple categories only one at a time. Is there an insert tag that pulls more than one category is the filter has more than one category selected? Would probably the easiest way to go. If not, is there another way I could accomplish this?

For now we just made a custom navigation template that does what we want. An insert tag would be ideal but we made it work.
