Load ReCaptcha globally

China blocks google domain access. As a result, it is technical difficulties to load ReCaptcha in China. https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq#can-i-use-recaptcha-globally Google find an alternative way to access ReCaptcha globally.

@pinturic No. Authur does not commit the latest code to Github. Please install the latest package and modify the URL based on the latest codebase. I upload the latest package (install by NPM) to my Github repo and modify the URL. My package.json quotes my Github's address. That will fix the issue.
