Implement "Move fast and break things" and emojis in readme

We all know you can't build a startup without being mind-numbingly corny about it. A few points to make get this thing a billion dollar valuation.

-Implement emojis in the readme(critical) -Geeky error page messages (Our code monkeys moved too fast and broke too many things hehe (monkey_holding_wrench.svg)) -"Made with <3 by rektor" all over the docs -Self aware community approach (this project not having any code in it is intended behaviour, so closing this issue)
