Bug Report: codecov reported on long-ago closed pull request

Describe the bug Thanks for the service you provide - it greatly improves our ability to track code quality in our projects!

We noticed that codecov added a comment on a long-ago closed pull request. So far as we know, we didn't trigger this ourselves. We were curious as to whether this might be a bug, or if there would be any guidance on avoiding this.

Expected behavior Normally we only expect for codedov to comment on a pull request on newly opened pull requests.
