Allow Manual Payment via Stripe Link in "Failed Card Payment Email" Notification

What product do you want to improve? Web application (Billing/Payments module)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When an automatic payment fails, owner/admins receive an email notification, but the email does not include a way to manually complete the payment. The only option is to update the card on file and wait for Stripe to try again. This can be frustrating for users who want to resolve the issue immediately but have no actionable link to do so. In the UI it asks them to reach out to support.

Describe the solution you'd like Include a Stripe-hosted "payment page" link directly in the failed payment email notification. This would allow owner/admins to manually pay the pending invoice right from the email without having to wait for an automatic retry or contact support.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently users are waiting for Stripe to try again, or have support manually process this charge.

Additional context Adding this link to the email would improve user experience, reduce payment-related churn, and lower the volume of support tickets related to billing issues.
