Components drop down in Components tab displays the list of component ids instead of names

Describe the bug Components drop down in Components tab displays the list of component ids instead of the names

It should also be sorted like the Flags drop down list

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Browser: All
• System: UI
• Version 24.12.2, 25.1.16, 25.3.3

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Overview tab and click on the Components drop down
2. Observe that it displays the list of the component names
3. Go to Components tab and click on the Components drop down
4. Observe that it displays the list of the component ids instead of the names. The list is also randomly sorted.

Expected behavior Displays the list of the component names that is also sorted alphabetically
