Create a mechanism to delete storage data (raw reports) after a predefined period of time

This would be most applicable to the self-hosted and DEC customers. The storage of the raw reports keeps growing and customers would like an ability to have some sort of background job that could remove stale files from the storage. Ideally this time period should be configurable, based on the customer requirements.
