Feature Request: Toggle or setting to skip checks

No break-glass process. Once a team has enabled coverage checks, there’s no easy way to bypass these checks on a per-PR basis. We’d need to merge a PR disabling checks, merge the target PR, then back out the check-disabling PR. This is undesirable overhead for an emergency process: there should be a way to disable coverage checks, or make them non-blocking, on specific PRs

Force informational. Seems easy enough. Customers would want this scoped to only admins I'd assume.

Update from customer: would like available to all users. However, would like a toggle in the UI, not something to be added to YAML file. If the mechanisim could be controlled by admin to be visible to admins or all users, this would be ideal.

Pull request and integration, reviews take a lot of time, especially there is always more after sending the review, and this is a waste of time in a situation where time is considered our biggest enemy, it slows down the progress of the work.
