Feature Request: self-hosted environments to be able to view license expiration/receive warning 30 > days before expiration

Codecov self-hosted (23.12.4 version) should show some warning message that the license is expiring soon/expired on UI in case of license key expiration or have a place in codecov UI to check license validity period for admins.

Request for self hosted env to show license expiration and present a warning/popup before expiration.
