Orb 4.x upload step significantly slower
It seems perhaps the migration to the CLI has significantly slowed down the upload step. It's still fairly fast, but whereas it took 0-1 seconds when I was on orb version 3.x, it now takes 3-4 seconds.
@swrobel is this a blocker for now? If so, would like to understand more about that. I don't think we can find huge time savings currently in the CLI.

No, I just downgraded back to 3.x to recover the time on my CI runs. I think it would only be a blocker if there's a forced update to 4.x
@swrobel, sorry, to be clear, the 2+ additional seconds would be a blocker for you. Can you tell me a little more about that?
If I'm not receiving any tangible benefit from the update, then yes, adding 2+ seconds to every CI run is a blocker
@swrobel I'm going to move this to our feedback repo for more visibility with our product team. But in effect, we will need to do an investigation at some point in the future to see how to improve the CLI time performance.
