Can't erase account due to Upstream request error

I want to erase my account with you but can't due to the error "upstream request timeout" happening every time i try. This is an error that you have had reported previously but apparently never been able to reproduce. I've tried this on several different browser on several different devices. As I'm not allowed to submit an actual support request as a free (student) user I'm stuck in a loop.

Please open a ticket since this is a delete request. Your status as a free user doesn't matter in this case since it's something that currently only support can handle. You can say I sent you if you get any pushback (which you should not)

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you remove the label Waiting for: Community, I will leave it alone ... forever!
