Reset repository data

I would like to reset repository data, as it seems it's not up to date now and classes do not appear in the web view, also old commits from old import of the project appear.

I already tries with the buttons for "Erase" and also deactivated and activated it couple of times, but didn't work.

@ivanyonkov it is possible that the erase process may not be able to complete automatically, especially for larger repos.

@drazisil-codecov can you help delete the repo data here?

Is it possible to have a delete button to delete a repository that is deleted from github by owner? I also tried "Erase" button. but it doesn't work. Because it always be listed on our organization profile. that is why we need a Delete button.
