ref: Adjust GH users plan in CSV to paid plan

Purpose/Motivation

What is the feature? Why is this being done?

Since GH handles payments for these users, we used to not recognize 'users' plan as paid. But setting it as a paid plan in the DB now resolves 1. Showing pricing issue 2. Upgrade plans issue, otherwise it will be treated as a free plan.
