SwiftStandard: not mentioned in README, only works on MacOS with Xcode projects

It's nice that you have an example Swift project, but for use with Swift Package Manager and on Windows or Linux, a different pattern is needed.

I know of https://github.com/mattpolzin/swift-codecov-action that works on Linux only, FWIW, and supports Swift Package Manager use.
