Insufficient diagnostic info to diagnose upload failure.

This run seems to be working (I see “Coverage report written to LotsawaTests.xctest.coverage.txt”), but then it decides that it has nothing to upload. Why, I am unsure. Can you help?

I figured out what the problem was, but only by guessing. I think you should still consider it a bug that the diagnostics/docs don't explain it, but I wouldn't be insulted if you decide to dup this to #1038

@dabrahams thanks for this and apologies on the time it took to get to this. The product team is investigating ways to have better error messaging.
