After Bootstrap executed and trying to open browser getting empty screen [bug]

What are you trying to achieve?

After running Bootstrap finish then getting message in terminal Bootstrap executed, tests can be launched but when open http://localhost:3001/ getting empty screen without any ui

Can you open a DevTools and show a console report there?
