we cannot see a direct connection to Spring Boot Admin in the stacktrace.
- it seems you are starting Threads somewhere (through a ThreadPoolExecutor)
- are you creating/storing ThreadLocals on your own?
- does this happen only on application shutdown or also when the application is running?
