TBLoader discord server and Github discussions?

Since TBLoader has quite a nice following of users, it might be useful if there were a discord server where we could discuss the addon, it might be a good alternative to opening issues if anyone has a problem and needs a suggestion. It might also be useful to have Discussions enabled for this repro for people to ask questions without having to necessarily open a new issue.

I don't think a Discord server makes a lot of sense at this point in time. They're also not very searchable which could be problematic for users.

I've enabled Github Discussions though. 👍
