Feature Request: exclude some XML comment sections from reformatting

Description

Currently when C# code contains XML comments with <code> or <example> tags, those sections are totally messed up when comment formatting is enabled. Even worse when the <code> comment sections contain XML comments (yes this may happen for sample code that goes into the docs)

This sounds familiar.. please take a look at #589 and see if that helps at all.

Looks very similar, the only workaround at the moment is disabling comments formatting.
