Both bugs mentioned were fixed in https://github.com/codebude/QRCoder/pull/408 and https://github.com/codebude/QRCoder/pull/474 and are part of the recently release QRCoder 1.5.0.

As @Shane32 wrote - it's fixed. From QRCoder release 1.5.0 on the SvgQRCoder is avaible also on .NET 6+ (and newer) on non-Windows platforms.

Can't reproduce the problem. Tabs should be encoded. If this is still a thing, please re-open the issue @KayakFisher205 .
