Expected Behavior

The SwissQRCode payload generator should following the latest (2.3) standard from SIC AG. The latest standard can be found here: https://www.six-group.com/de/products-services/banking-services/payment-standardization/standards/qr-bill.html#ig-qr-bill-v2.3

Current Behavior

Currently the payload generator is following the Swiss Payment Standard / QR code bill in version 2.2.

Possible Solution (optional)

Change changelog document and the updated implementation guidelines and update the payload generator accordingly.
