Stops Geany from drawing window until mouse scroll event?

It seems that once in a blue moon, I'll have a day where the overview plugin causes Geany to stop redrawing its window, making it appear to be either a totally blank canvas or glitchy draws-without-wipes type thing.

Disabling this plugin immediately fixes the issue for me.

And today I just realized I can simply scroll the mouse wheel up/down and it totally fixes itself, and seems fine for the rest of the session. I'm also pretty sure this only happens when first opening geany via a project file click.

I'm sorry I can't give you better information right now. I'm happy to run any debug tests you have in mind.
