Clicking "Apply" in the "Configure Plugins" Dialog causes problems in the active document

When you click "Apply" in the "Configure Plugins" Dialog, the currently displayed document in scintilla exhibits some odd behavior:

If you just opened geany, the document and overview will both wiggle and the focus will go to the cursor.

If you change the order of the documents and select a tab other than the one originally loaded when geany opened, the document and preview both disappear, but the document tab remains:

The document and overview return after browsing from one document tab to another.

I've verified that disabling this plugin removes any such behavior problems.
