I do not, I just noticed that it was giving invalid/NULL and that I had a valid document pointer already available. Probably one of the callbacks the plugin uses gets...

@nick87720z can you try disable all other plugins and test it?

This will likely cause some confusion for people who have lost their menu and can't get it back, if it's not done carefully. The UI to bring the menu back...
@vineeshvs try running Geany from the terminal like `UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0 geany`, it should disable Ubuntu's menu-hijacking.
GTK+ 3.22 broke all themes again, try an up to date theme like Adwaita or other popular one that has been fixed since.
