Any1 know how2 overwrite L/R arrows for 'normal' yt videos (works GREAT for yt shorts tho!!)

Hi, I'd like to set 'normal' yt videos to Rewind/Advance for 3 seconds (to overwrite the yt default of 10 seconds) by using the left & right arrow keys.

It works for yt 'shorts' but not with 'normal' vids.

Alternately, I'd like to use the INS/DEL keys but when I press them they either delete the cvurrently assigned key (when I press DEL) or it seems to do nothing (when I press INS - I can assume that the text enters into 'insert/overwrite' mode when pressed tho).
