Audio issues when speed is increased on CBS websites (CBS.com, ParamountPlus)

The audio skips or jumps, makes it unusable. Might be related to the player itself (see also https://github.com/igrigorik/videospeed/issues/878 in which I have issues in Chrome with the same websites and these CBS players,, but with the video). To reproduce: just play any new episode show on home page of CBS.com at e.g. 2.5x (no login needed, just US or VPN)
