Code cleanups & refactoring

  • all code must be in English
  • make sure all the error messages are extracted in properties file and add info about the file in the readme for easy access
  • add any other relevant info in the readme
  • remove not used classes
  • standardize folder structure of handlers, controllers, queries etc
