fixed track preview card

PR Fixes:

• 1 fixed track preview dialog taking the entire screen height, now it is maxed out at 90vh
• 2 fixed unresponsive image
• 3 removed scrollbar from the track preview card
• 4 updated next.config.ts, removed the images.domains as it was depreciated and changed it to images.remotePatterns

Resolves #740 #729
