made the newly "Learning Paths" navbar responsive for smaller screen, keeping the original style as it it for larger screens

Someone has already solved this.

You're free to solve the issue on your own, but please avoid raising a PR if there is already a PR which is going to be merged. (ref #205)

It gets difficult for the maintainers if there a lot of duplicate PRs.
