Fixes #73

• Adds MCQ Type to Problem.
• Since auth is not there yet, adding the submissions to localStorage to save it temporarily for the user.

@hkirat pushed it since I had already completed ~80% of it, just some code cleaning was pending. No bounty needed if you decide to merge this, as it was already given out.

@nimit9 what made you think of adding a prisma db migration was the correct thing here as i was not able to find this anywhere in the repository, it could also be a noqsl db right ?
