bug: overlapping of video-controls and and chapters not auto-minimising when screen size is reduced

Describe the bug Overlapping of video controls over the chapters when screen-size is reduced, also chapters are staying even in smaller screen which should auto minimize as screen size is reduced,

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a video in app.100x.com and watch it in half screen by reducing the screen-size of the window
2. See error: You will notice the overlapping of the controls

Expected behavior When we are reducing the size of the window chapters and other things like sidebar and other things should collapse on its own. so that viewers can easily view the video without external hinderance and borders can be done easily in tailwind.
