A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When attempting to upvote a comment, the thumbs-up icon is filled with blue color instead of just applying a blue stroke. The expected behavior is to have the icon outlined in blue with no fill.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to a comment that has not been upvoted.
2. Click the thumbs-up icon to upvote the comment.
3. Observe that the icon is filled with blue color instead of being outlined in blue.

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The thumbs-up icon should only be outlined in blue with no fill when a comment is upvoted. It should not be filled with blue color.
