cleaned code and make sidebar component mobile friendly

PR Fixes: 1 Cleaned unnecessary code and fixed wrong used taiwlind classes. 2 Optimize sidebar for mobile devices as well Fixed some types and Checked everything 6-7 times 3 Everthing is working absolutely fine. You can merge this PR nothing will break (mistakenly performed code formatting and after that have to replace that formatting with you package.json format option). Mainly changes sidebar and some appbar logic. Resolves https://github.com/code100x/cms/issues/690 , https://github.com/code100x/cms/issues/623
