bug: NextJS Toploader doesn't show up when user clicks on "View Content" on Home

Describe the bug NextTopLoader which is already used in the project doesn't show up when user clicks on "View Content" on Home Page, though we have a skeleton but ideally NextTopLoader should come up. @hkirat also mentioned this in one of his recent live to fix this up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on View Content in 0-100 Cohort or any other which has content
2. While navigating, you will notice that NextTopLoader doesn't show up which isn't a good user experience

Expected behavior NextTopLoader should show up when user navigates through "View Content" towards each individual course.
