InHouse Error Page Introuduced

PR Fixes:

• 1.This PR fixes the Text , buttons visibility in 404 page not found page.
• 2 .This PR also introduced INHOUSE Error page with clean UI and also a button to go back to home page ("/") route.
• 3.This PR also solved the issue with the appropriate error messages not displaying.

Resolves #552 and #555

I think you should exclude tsconfig.json from the commit because it's just adding commas.
